“I have known Mac MacDonald for a number of years working in the bespoke IT community where he proved himself to be a very capable IT professional working as a member of a large training team. He is quick to learn, ask’s the right sort of questions and is able to deal effectively with delegates who may have little or no knowledge of IT products. He is willing to put in extra work to ensure that when delivery occurs he is fully prepared for every eventuality – on the Pathway Project when dealing with an age range of delegates from 18 to 80 this was a common occurrence.
