Macs experience in training over the last 30+ years is:

Oct 2009 - Present. Appointed Learning Academy Manager at The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) in an associate role to develop the training function, the PTLLS course, the PTLLS Tutor Assessors course and the CTLLS course with more to come.

Nov 2007 - Present. Joined The Peplow Group as a training associate designing and delivering workshops around the MAP assessment process.

Jul 2001 - Oct 2009. Worked with The Training Foundation as a training consultant delivering a variety of TAP courses.

Mar 2000 - Jul 2001. Worked with ICL as a training consultant delivering courses on EPOSS (Electronic Point of Sale System) and training coding on IT systems for the 2001 Census project.

Jul 1978 - Jul 2000. 22 years service in the British army as a Military Training Instructor delivering training to civilian and military staff. The topics included Management & Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Weapons, Tactics, First Aid, Mountain Navigation and Mountaincraft.
